Tec-Point CPQD35 K-Series – powerful petrol/LPG counterbalance forklift

The Tec-Point CPQD35 K-Series is a robust and versatile counterbalance forklift truck designed for professional use in warehousing, logistics, production, industrial operations and material handling. With a rated capacity of 3,500 kg, a 4,500 mm lift height and a triplex full free lift mast, the machine is well suited to demanding handling, stacking and internal transport applications.

Power is provided by the proven KUBOTA WG2503 4-cylinder engine with petrol/LPG dual-fuel operation and EU Stage V emissions compliance. The combination of a reliable powertrain, stable mast system and comfortable full cab makes the CPQD35 a practical solution for everyday professional use.

Flexible petrol/LPG dual-fuel operation

The CPQD35 can be operated on either petrol or LPG. A dedicated fuel selector switch allows the operator to change the fuel supply to suit the specific working environment.

Subject to applicable ventilation, workplace and operating regulations, LPG operation makes the forklift suitable for many appropriately ventilated warehouse and production environments. Petrol operation is also available for outdoor applications.

The proven IMPCO LPG system supports reliable fuel delivery, dependable starting and smooth engine operation. A three-way catalytic converter assists with efficient exhaust after-treatment.

Triplex full free lift mast

The triplex full free lift mast combines a high lift height with a compact overall mast profile.

Full free lift allows the forks to be raised without immediately increasing the overall mast height, which is particularly useful when working inside buildings, beneath doorways or in areas with restricted overhead clearance.

The cushioned lifting system helps reduce shocks and mast vibration, supporting smoother and more controlled lifting, lowering and load positioning.

Comfortable full cab with excellent visibility

The fully enclosed operator’s cab provides a weather-protected and ergonomic working environment. Large glazed areas and the glazed cab roof provide excellent all-round visibility and improve the operator’s view of the load, forks and mast, particularly when working at greater lift heights.

Opening cab windows provide flexible ventilation, while the adjustable operator’s seat allows the seating position to be adapted for improved comfort during longer shifts.

Cab equipment also includes a cab fan, windscreen wiper and digital multifunction display, providing the operator with clear access to key machine information.

Practical equipment for everyday operation

The CPQD35 is equipped for efficient and comfortable daily material handling. A rotating beacon improves machine visibility in busy working areas, while the load backrest provides additional protection when transporting and stacking loads.

Pneumatic tyres support comfortable travel across a variety of working surfaces. The main operating controls are positioned for easy access, helping provide intuitive and precise machine operation.
