The Tec-Point CPD25EK from the EK Series is a powerful and compact electric counterbalance forklift designed for professional use in warehousing, logistics, production, industry and internal material handling. With a rated capacity of 2,500 kg, a 4,500 mm lift height and a triplex full free lift mast, the truck is ideally suited to daily transport, stacking and handling operations.

With a total weight including battery of 3,610 kg, the CPD25EK combines high load capacity with compact dimensions and excellent manoeuvrability.

Modern lithium technology and powerful electric drive

Power is supplied by a HeDing 80 V / 230 Ah lithium-ion battery, designed for professional day-to-day operation.

A 13 kW traction motor provides drive power, while a separate 13 kW lift motor powers the hydraulic lifting functions. This separation of traction and lift systems ensures efficient power distribution and precise control of the truck’s operating functions.

Advanced electronic control provides smooth travel characteristics and controlled load handling.

Separate charging unit

The CPD25EK is supplied with a separate 100 A charger designed for a 3-phase 380 V power supply.

Lithium-ion technology provides convenient energy management without the traditional battery-changing procedures associated with older lead-acid systems. The fully electric drive produces zero local exhaust emissions, making the truck particularly suitable for warehouse, production and logistics environments.

Triplex full free lift mast

The CPD25EK is equipped with a ZSM450 Wide View Triplex Full Free Lift Mast with a maximum lift height of 4,500 mm.

With the load backrest fitted, the mast provides 995 mm of free lift, allowing the forks to be raised without immediately increasing the overall mast height. This is particularly useful when working inside buildings, beneath doorways or in areas with restricted overhead clearance.

The lowered mast height is 1,995 mm. At maximum lift height and a 500 mm load centre, the residual capacity is 1,700 kg.

Compact design and excellent manoeuvrability

The CPD25EK is designed for precise manoeuvring and efficient operation in warehouses, production areas and confined working spaces.

Its compact chassis and tight turning characteristics make positioning easy even where working space is limited.

The 1,070 mm fork tines are suitable for standard pallet handling, internal transport and material-handling applications.

Robust chassis and heavy-duty cast steering axle

The chassis, mast and steering system are designed for regular professional use.

The CPD25EK features a heavy-duty cast steering axle, engineered for high load resistance and durability. It supports stable steering and reliable operation during frequent manoeuvring, transport and handling tasks.

Pneumatic tyres on both front and rear axles provide good cushioning, reliable traction and comfortable travel across a variety of working surfaces.

Precise travel and lifting performance

The CPD25EK reaches a travel speed of up to 15 km/h, while lift speed is up to 400 mm/s, depending on load conditions.

A hydraulic service brake and mechanical parking brake provide reliable braking performance and secure parking.

Cushioned lifting and mast-tilt movements support smooth load handling and improve operator comfort during precise positioning operations.

Practical operator station

The CPD25EK is configured as a conventional sit-down counterbalance forklift with an overhead guard.

The open operator station provides easy access and good all-round visibility of the working area, mast and load. The Wide View mast further improves visibility of the forks and load during pallet handling and positioning.

Fast and convenient charging

The HeDing 80 V / 230 Ah lithium-ion battery is designed for fast charging during professional day-to-day operation. For the EK Series, a charging time of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours is specified.

The intelligent charging system detects the battery parameters and automatically adjusts charging current and voltage. Protection against overheating and low battery condition, together with automatic shut-off when fully charged, supports safe and convenient charging.
